The project expects to contribute initiatives to preserve the historical sites and the unique identity of these areas - the warehouses and two dry docks that connect closely to the historical urban development of the city. General technical parameters of detailed urban planning, which were approved by the city government, are referred to as fundamental principles. Likewise, other urban design elements, which particularly focus on communal life and waterfront access, are proposed to promote the value of these areas and the entire existing core of the 300-year-old city.
