The public library has a friendly design that provides readers multiple choices of spaces for reading, studying, and also relaxing equipped with a high-tech facility. In addition, the project focuses on the internal green space, as well as the open space outside the building in order to encourage people to read more in their free time. Since there is a scarcity of qualified libraries in Ho Chi Minh city, it is expected to propose a design that would attract people to come and restore the reading culture among the youth.
